VIDEO: HOMEGROWN DERBY GOALSCORERS

Marcus Rashford followed in some famous footsteps when scoring for Manchester United in the derby against City.

Five other homegrown Reds have achieved the feat in the Barclays Premier League, starting with Mark Hughes towards the end of 1992 during the inaugural season of the new division. After Sparky repeated the trick a couple of years later, Ryan Giggs added to his derby winner in the old Division One by netting a belter at Maine Road.
Paul Scholes has five league derby goals to his name - including his first in 1995 and the famous late headed winner in 2010 - while David Beckham converted a beautiful free-kick against the Blues in 2000.
Darren Fletcher is the other Academy graduate to get on the scoresheet in the all-Manchester clash as he bagged two headers in the thrilling 4-3 win in 2009 and also curled home the consolation in the 6-1 defeat in 2011.
